THIS WEEK’S DISH
I've been grabbing this out of the fridge every morning before hopping into meetings, and it’s insanely delicious. It's packed with fiber and takes five minutes to throw together the night before. If you need a breakfast that requires zero thought in the morning but will still wake up craving, this is it!

Mango Lassi Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango cubes
1 ¼ cup Fairlife milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup chia seeds
2–3 tbsp honey
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Pinch sea salt
TOPPINGS
fresh mango cubes
hemp seeds
chopped raw pistachio
Instructions
In a blender, blend all ingredients (minus chia seeds and toppings) until completely smooth and glossy.
Pour mixture into a bowl and thoroughly whisk in chia seeds.
Optionally, let it sit for 10 minutes and then whisk again to ensure it is evenly dispersed.
Portion into 2-4 jars and refrigerate overnight.
Add toppings and enjoy!
